On March 9th 2018 Frank Calabro Jr was a target of domestic terrorism conducted by the NC Secretary of State Securities Division.
At approximately 9:00 am on Friday terrorist agents pounded on the front door of the Calabro family residence. Frank’s daughter answered the harassing disturbance and agents quickly pushed passed her and entered the home. About a dozen terrorist in full combat gear armed with M16’s entered and filled every room inside of the home. There were agents also posted outside that surrounded the entire perimeter.
Frank Calabro Jr was home at the time of the invasion and was about to get ready for an emergency dental appointment that he had scheduled for late that morning.
All of a sudden, I could hear people coming into our home and my daughter ran upstairs to my bedroom. She said, “Dad they pushed right past me.”
The North Carolina terrorist agents must be instructed not to speak because I was asking everyone, “What is going on?” No one would answer me! I thought it was a drug raid gone bad and that they were at the wrong house. Only after I demanded to know what was going did agent Shawn M. Pruett step forward and say: we are here for USI-Tech
At the moment of Shawn Pruett’s statement, we were still upstairs in my bedroom and I could hear activity both inside and outside of our home. I quickly went downstairs to the first level and people wearing flak jackets and guns were everywhere. It was too much to take in and although I was physically there I was disconnected in reality as I could not comprehend what I was witnessing. I could hear doors opening and closing inside of our house as well as our vehicles in our driveway. The entire property was being stripped searched but I hadn’t a clue what these thugs were searching for? I did notice that my firearms were being collected and inventoried. I was having a panic attack as there was so much activity happening simultaneously.
The North Carolina Terrorist Were Flipping Couch Cushions Like It Was A Drug Raid
I lost my patience when a woman wearing a blue windbreaker was in my living room turning over the cushions of the couch. I yelled with force at her, “what are you looking for.” She actually stopped her destruction and only at this point did someone step forward to inform me what was going on.
An agent named John C. Curry gave me his card and said they had a search warrant for this property. I immediately replied that there were no drugs on the premises, as I still thought this was a drug raid. A copy of the warrant was at this point presented to me.
Domestic Terrorist Shawn M. Pruett Boldly Lies to My Face
Shawn Pruett approaches me during the terrorist raid and tells me that what is going on in my home is going on in multiple locations including outside of the Country. This statement is a bold face lie. I do not know if Mr. Pruett lies on his own discretion or if he is instructed to do so by department policy but his claim is completely false. He also informs me that I am not being charged, arrested or detained. He further explains that his posse will be in my home for the next several hours. I am told that they take what they wish for their investigation and that I am free to go.
Shawn also asks, how come I had $50,000 cash in one of my trucks yet he only has $5 dollars in his truck? I felt sorry for this man and if he did his research, he would have known I made nearly $150,000 dollars from one of my affiliate offers and saved that money. I can’t remember my exact reply but it was something to the effect that I do not spend my entire salary and live like poor minds do.
North Carolina Nazi’s Decide if You Can Shower in Your Own Home
I informed Shawn Pruett that I have a medical appointment and that I needed to proceed and not be late. Pruett told me that I could not shower in my own home and would have to go as is. I informed Pruett that I was going to a professional doctor’s office and that I would shave, shower and practice proper hygiene before doing so. I also reminded him that I was free to go. I was asked to hurry and my reply was I will take as much time as I need.
Apparently, the power hungry, ego driven, communist assholes believe they have God given authority to allow permission for you to shower in your home. These arrogant assholes act this way because there is zero accountability in their ranks. They have free reign to rule over you as they wish.
North Carolina Steals My Next of Kin Contact Information
I returned home around 5pm on the evening of March 9th 2018. My property was stolen. An inventory list was left on the dining room table of what was confiscated but it was incomplete. The North Carolina terrorist violated my 4th and 14th constitutional rights and took much more than they listed on their document.
I did a quick inventory of my home and it was completely baffled at what was stolen. The first thing that I did was go to my file cabinet to recover the printed phone number list of my Mom, Dad and Daughters. The terrorist stole this from my files. Not only did they take my brand-new phone that contained my phone numbers but they also took my next of kin contact information. The government apparently has the right to leave you with no way of being contacted or contacting your family.
Things That Were Confiscated by The North Carolina Terrorist That Were Not Documented
- Lease – the entire folder of the home that we rented. All contact information, receipts and the lease itself. It took 25 days to figure out how to get a hold of our landlord. We could not find them using Google search, on social media and had no clue where they lived or worked. Why does government have the right to confiscate the lease document of the home in which you live?
- Credit Cards – every credit card folder along with the physical credit card that was inside of each folder were taken. Why does the government have the right to confiscate your physical credit cards and statements?
- Next of Kin Information – the terrorist cut me off from my own family. My elderly Mom was 125 miles away and I had no way to contact her as I did not have her phone number memorized. It is the same for my Dad and my two Daughters. I didn’t have a single phone number to anyone in my family.
- Charity Folder – the Nazi’s stole my folder labeled Charity. This contained all of the Charities that I support along with receipts and pledged donations.
- Dreams Folder – I had a folder labeled dreams which contained ideas, plans, goals, sketches to a floor plan to a home that I wished to design. This was confiscated too by the North Carolina terrorist organization.
North Carolina Terrorist – Securities Division Break The Law To Enforce Their Agenda
When I returned home the evening of March 9th 2018 my phone, computers, flash drives, files, passwords, cash, cryptocurrency were all stolen. I was locked out of everything. 8 years of records were confiscated. I didn’t have a single family photograph from 2010 – 2018. Eight years of my life from January 2010 to date were erased in one swoop. It has now been 2 years and my property has still not been returned.
United States Marine Attacked by NC Securities Division
As a United States Marine, I was sickened by what transpired that day and what was to follow over the course of the next 578 days. I served faithfully for 12 years and took an oath to support and defend the constitution of the United States of America yet my rights were thrown out the window. These thugs with badges and zero honor shook me to the core of my human spirit and beliefs. The staff at the securities division has no protocol or desire to follow the law and repeatedly violated both the State and US Constitution. They took it upon themselves to be the judge, jury and executioner. Their actions prove that there is mass corruption within this agency.
