Frank Calabro Jr was the only person in the world that was unjustly attacked for USI-Tech corporate compliance issues that he had no control over.
You would think that regulators would go directly to the source of their complaint. USI-Tech had a legal compliance review with Hart David Carson in Chicago, IL and this should have been the starting point of any inquiry.
On March 7, 2018 La Tanya Brown and Shawn M. Pruett found an abandoned link to register as a retail customer for USI-Tech on the blog PlanetMillionaire.com
The agents enrolled using the name Tony Montana (see attached document below)
Immediately upon confirmation as a retail customer of USI-Tech the incompetent agents moved to file a search warrant on March 8, 2018 at the family residence of Frank Calabro Jr
North Carolina Inexperienced Agents Move in To Cover Their Own Mistakes
If these two knuckleheads La Tanya and Shawn did their research, they would have realized that USI-Tech issued a termination notice to US and Canada on January 5th 2018, some 64 days before the execution of the search warrant.
The search warrant is filled with false accusations and claims and zero proof that any laws had been broken or any crime had been committed yet the document was signed off on by Judge Ridgeway.
In simple terms North Carolina Securities Division went on a full force attack against Frank Calabro Jr because they were able to register for USI-Tech finding an abandoned registration link. The enrollment was meaningless as the company already terminated distributorship with the US and Canada (see attached).
Anyone who enrolled after this date from the US and Canada was a customer of USI-Tech regardless of genealogy. Distributors were terminated and no commissions of products were generated. In essence anyone who enrolled after January 5th 2018 was a direct customer of USI-Tech and no matter which referral link was used, the sponsor did not qualify as a distributor.

Regardless of who or how the slides came about they were emailed to all USI-Tech customers and distributers. The 600 people in attendance at the event itself were presented the slides live as seen in the videos and shared on social media.
