North Carolina Secretary of State Securities Division has broken the law in the case of Frank Calabro Jr

It is against North Carolina Constitutional Law to seize and hold property without a conviction. North Carolina had the right to make forensic copies only and all property by law should have been returned within 60 days maximum. The securities division lawless and unaccountable personnel ignored the law and kept the property even after being ordered to return the stolen property. The invasion by the North Carolina Secretary of State was so intrusive that when Frank Calabro Jr returned home on the evening of March 9th 2018, he had no phone, credit cards, no record of how to contact anyone in his family including, Mother, Father, & Daughters (next of kin). He also had no record of his Landlord’s phone, address and the lease document folder to the home in which he lived was stolen. This was a complete and lawless strip search of an American citizen and US Marine. Frank’s constitutional rights were ignored during this unconstitutional blanket search warrant.
This was a Nazi style we will do as we wish and take as we want intrusive home invasion of an American citizen and United States Marine.
North Carolina Foolishly Dropped the Ball | Unable to Justify Their Own Mistake
What sparked the search warrant was sloppy assumption and incompetence on the part of North Carolina. On March 7th two days before the warrant was executed against Frank Calabro Jr agents found an abandoned referral link on planetmillionaire.com to register for USI-Tech. Agents used the name Tony Montana and enrolled as a customer.
If the Secretary of State did their research, they would have figured out that USI-Tech terminated the distributorship agreement with the USA and Canada on January 5th 2018. Even though they found an abandoned link on the blog and registered under a fictitious name, they enrolled as a customer only of USI-Tech.
Affiliates in the US & Canada were no longer a distributor and not eligible to benefit from any customer purchases made by anyone registered before or after January 5th 2018.
In essence the NC Secretary of State falsely went after someone 2 months after they had been terminated and accused them of selling an unregistered security to the citizens of North Carolina.
North Carolina classifies pool mining, hash mining & cloud mining of cryptocurrency as an unregistered security (check your local laws in the jurisdiction of which you live).

- The warrant was based on a lies, accusations and misinformation
- The claim is that an agent created an account using Frank Calabro Jr’s referral link and that he was selling unregistered securities through his website to North Carolina residents

Marketing Professional Frank Calabro Jr Was Singled Out by NC Securities Division and Personally Attacked
Frank and his daughter were discriminated, harassed, and intimidated. A squad of agents armed with assault rifles and dressed as if they were entering into a combat zone invaded their home. An agent knocked on the front door and when the door was opened by Frank Calabro Jr’s daughter the agents aggressively pushed passed her and quickly entered the home. It is estimated that there were no less than 12 local & state officers on the premises. This abuse of extreme force was purely a display of threat & intimidation.
9 Months Later North Carolina is Court Ordered to Return Frank Calabro Jr’s Property but Refuses to Obey The Law
Under normal circumstances and by law property taken for forensic analysis is to be returned within 60 days. NCSOS ignored the constitution and kept Frank Calabro Jr’s property for a period of 283 days. When lead agent Shawn Pruett was cross examined, he admitted the State Department of Securities has made copies of all the paper, the money, the precious metals and all the electronics except the flash drives. They planned on keeping all of the property that they had no justified right to confiscate in the first place.
NC refuses to obey a court order to return the property to Frank Calabro Jr. The arrogance of this North Carolina agency breeds corruption and incompetence. Even when this department is court ordered to follow the law they flat out refuse.
