NC State Securities Division Threatens to Come And Get Frank Calabro Jr and Arrest Him One Week Before Christmas
As a results of the court order signed by Judge Holt to return the property of Frank Calabro Jr, the Secretary of State ran down to the magistrates office in Guilford County to file an arrest warrant. North Carolina Securities Division waited 278 days after raiding his home to press charges. The only reason that they did this was in retaliation for losing in court on October 24th. North Carolina Securities Division contacted Frank’s legal team and informed them that if Frank did not turn himself in, he would be picked up in Texas some 1,800 miles away. The entire vindictive plot was to have Frank sit in jail for 3 weeks in Texas before being extradited back to North Carolina. Frank Calabro Jr flew to North Carolina and turned himself in. He posted a $20,000 cash bond and was released.

North Carolina Securities Division Calls in Sick | Does Not Show Up To Court
Guildford County scheduled court hearing. State called in sick and claimed to have a medical emergency. Frank Calabro Jr traveled 1,850 miles one way to be in court. State is never held accountable for missing the court hearing.

Guildford County court hearing. State prosecutor is unprepared for court. Asks the judge for another 4 months to prepare for the case. The prosecutor claims that answers to the Bill of Particulars and answers to Petitioner Appellant Brief are coming.
The State prosecutor makes a statement to the judge that “Mr. Calabro knew what he was doing” and then says that the laws are complicated and he cannot explain to the court what crime was committed 639 days earlier even though they have had 100% of Frank’s records and property for 490 days.
The judge sides with the prosecution and grants more time. Next hearing scheduled for Oct 7, 2019
State has held Frank Calabro Jr’s property for 490 days. The State still has not clearly explained to the court any details to the alleged securities violation that took place in October 1st – 31st 2017 concerning Robert Dixon.

At the last minute the appeals court Judges cancelled the hearing on the appeal regarding the return of property Frank Calabro Jr and rescheduled on October 1st 2019. This was a scheduled hearing on the court calendar and Frank’s legal team was present in the courtroom. No reason was given to as to why a scheduled court hearing was cancelled.

After 578 Days North Carolina Secretary of State Suddenly Withdraws Their Case Against Frank Calabro Jr Right Before The Scheduled Court Hearing
Frank Calabro Jr has spent over $250,000 in legal defense fees defending himself from a violation that is never described to a judge, jury or to his legal team. During the entire 578 days of lawless harassment the Secretary of States Office refused to have any dialog with Frank’s attorneys. We actually had to bring the State into court to even get them to speak on their case against Frank.
